U19

The U19 Program focuses on having fun, improving technique, and meeting new friends. Our instructors will keep the group moving, build confidence though guided mileage, and provide tips for technique improvement on a variety of hills. Our Never-Ever ski and snowboard groups can enjoy lower student to instructor ratios to help students progress faster. Students will be grouped based on the previous season's Final Assessment and/or declared ability at time of registration.

Your Program Lesson Tag acts as a valid All Access lift ticket on the day of your lesson (open to close).

NOTE: All Sales are Final.

• If Chicopee cancels your weekly lesson, you will be notified, and the lesson program will be extended, and run on the same day and time. [For the 2025-2026 season there are two possible extensions: Week of MAR 9 TO 15, 2026 and/or MAR 16 to 22, 2026].
• If Chicopee cannot deliver your 9-week lesson program within the season (until MAR 22, 2026), you will be notified, and the cancelled lesson will be credited (prorated value) to your account. This credit may be used to purchase lift tickets, daily rentals, membership, passes, cards, camps and lessons (excludes: retail, food and beverage items).

Skill Levels:

Never-Ever: You have never been on skis/a snowboard before, or you tried it once many years ago. You are unable to stop unassisted.

Beginner: You have skied/snowboarded a few times and can maintain control in the beginner area. You can stop and turn in both directions with some success.

Intermediate: You have skied/snowboarded many times and have experience on a variety of hills. You are comfortable on “blue square” terrain.

Advanced: You are experienced and competent on skis/a snowboard. You have taken lessons before, know and understand the Alpine Responsibility Code and can demonstrate skills at an advanced level.
